These Terms govern your use of Starkeep. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

What Starkeep is

Starkeep is a productivity and focus-timer application. It records focus sessions, provides a visual sky based on those sessions, and may provide cosmetic room content earned with in-app lumens or unlocked through premium access.

No productivity guarantee

Starkeep is a tool, not a guarantee of productivity, academic performance, work output, health outcomes, or any other result.

Virtual items and lumens

Lumens and other virtual items in Starkeep have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money. They exist only for use inside Starkeep.

Premium purchases

Starkeep may offer monthly, annual, and lifetime premium purchases. Premium access is intended to unlock cosmetic catalogue content and does not increase the rate at which lumens are earned.

Payments are processed by the platform store through which you obtained the app. Billing, cancellation, refund, and subscription-management rules are also governed by that store's terms. Where supported, Starkeep provides a Restore Purchases function.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Starkeep, interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's data, manipulate purchase or economy records, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Service availability

Starkeep may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed, and cloud-dependent features may occasionally be unavailable. Offline-first behavior is designed to reduce disruption, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Starkeep account and app data. Instructions are available at starkeep.arcanumworld.org/delete. Deleting Starkeep data does not automatically cancel a store subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Google Play or the App Store.

Intellectual property

Starkeep, its visual world, branding, original artwork, software, and associated content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the app, not ownership of Starkeep's intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Starkeep and Arcanum World are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Starkeep changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
